Q.1     "Why is this form of marketing more effective than others?"
Face-to-face Direct Marketing proves to be very effective for our clients. Through building rapport and establishing trust with customers, our professionals bring valuable customers to our clients. Other forms of marketing have become obsolete. When was the last time you responded to a direct mailer, telemarketer, or an Internet pop-up ad for a new product or service?

Q.2     "How long does it take to become a Manager?"
On average, the process takes 18 months. In order to get promoted it is important to have the work ethic, integrity, and ability to teach and develop others.

Q.3     "What would the position entail on a daily basis?"
We implement marketing strategies through business-to-business sales & customer service, which would be the main focus of your field training.

In addition, you will learn the following skills that are crucial in any business:
-How to interact face-to-face in a business-to-business environment
-How to manage subordinates to effectively produce desired results

Q.4     "Does it matter that I don't have experience?"
No, we are willing to invest the time and effort to train the right candidate. And although we aren't looking for any particular experience, we are looking for a few key ingredients in our potential candidates. They must have a great work ethic, a strong student mentality, self-motivated, self-disciplined, drive, and passionate about success.

We are looking for our portfolio of Fortune 500 clients to grow and set the standard for Outsourced Sales & Marketing around the world.  We plan on diversifying our client portfolio in the Salt Lake City, UT market by launching (2) additional campaigns by years end and expanding our current portfolio to surrounding markets like Las Vegas, NV - Boise, ID, - Denver, CO - and expand internationally with one of our existing clients who does business in Europe

Q.6     "What are you looking for in a candidate?"
We are looking for entry level candidates that are outgoing, self-motivated, driven and passionate about success.  Must be socially confident, be able to have fun.  An employer mindset is preferred over an employee mindset.  No job seekers or 9-5ers, must be career oriented, willing to sacrifice and work hard to achieve success.
